Refunds

Thirty days. Unconditional.

Email inside 30 days of purchase and you are refunded in full. You do not have to give a reason, you do not have to prove anything did not work, and there is no form and no retention call.

The promise, word for word

This is not a summary written for the website. It is the refund clause that ships inside the product as LICENSE.txt, quoted in full:

Thirty days, unconditional. Email hello@handsofflinks.com inside 30 days of purchase and you are refunded in full. You do not have to give a reason, you do not have to prove anything did not work, and there is no retention call. Keep the files; the licence simply ends.

This is deliberately broader than the usual "refund if it is broken" clause. If you are not happy with it, that is reason enough.

How to ask

Email hello@handsofflinks.com and say you want a refund. That is the whole process.

Including your Stripe receipt, or the email address you paid with, makes the payment quicker to find. It is a convenience, not a requirement, and a refund is not held up for want of it.

What happens then

  • The full amount you paid goes back to the payment method that paid it, through Stripe. If any tax was charged at checkout, it goes back with it.
  • The refund is issued from the Stripe dashboard. How long it takes to appear on your statement after that is your bank's timing, not something within anyone's control here.
  • There is nothing to cancel afterwards. This was a one-time payment; nothing recurs and no card is held on file.

You keep the files

The licence puts it plainly: "Keep the files; the licence simply ends." A zip already on your disk cannot be taken back, and pretending otherwise would be theatre. What ends is the licence — the right to keep running it, to keep publishing with it, and to use it for client work.

Your statutory rights in the EU

Worth stating accurately, because it is the part most refund pages get vague about.

A consumer in the EU normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost only where the buyer has expressly consented to delivery starting straight away and acknowledged that the consent costs them the right of withdrawal. Buying here starts delivery instantly, so that is the point at which the question arises.

Rather than lean on that, the offer above is given unconditionally for 30 days — longer than the 14-day statutory minimum, and with no conditions attached to it. So whether or not the statutory withdrawal right was waived at checkout, you can have your money back for a full month by sending one email.

Nothing on this page removes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, including the statutory withdrawal right where it does apply, and including your rights under the law of the country you live in. Where your rights are broader than this policy, your rights win.

What is not required

Listed explicitly, because "unconditional" is a word a lot of vendors use while attaching conditions:

  • No reason.
  • No proof that anything failed, and no screenshots.
  • No minimum usage, no requirement to have run it, no requirement to have run it "properly".
  • No form, no ticket, no support call to sit through first.
  • No deletion of the files as a precondition.
  • Nothing about your rankings, your traffic or your results.

The one boundary

The offer is 30 days from purchase. After that there is no standing promise. You can still email and it will be read, but at that point it is a decision rather than an entitlement, and it is fairer to say so here than to imply a policy that does not exist.

Chargebacks

Going to your bank instead is your right and nobody will argue with it. Email is simply faster, because a refund can be issued the day it is read while a chargeback takes weeks and reaches the same place. If a refund request has gone unanswered, that is a failure at this end and the bank route is entirely reasonable.

What the refund is not tied to

What is guaranteed about the product is narrow and it is stated the same way everywhere: the software runs, and channels are repaired, with the repairs included as updates. Never rankings. The refund does not depend on any of that. You do not need a failure to qualify for it — changing your mind is enough, and the fit check on the home page exists precisely so that fewer people have to.
