The terms. They say what they mean.

1. Who you are buying from

handsofflinks is run by one person: an individual based in Poland. There is no company behind it, no office and no support desk, and this page is not going to invent any of those.

Payments are taken through Stripe, by card only. The charge is set to appear on your statement as HANDSOFFLINKS, so the line on your card matches the site you bought from. The receipt and the invoice come from Stripe rather than from this site.

Write to hello@handsofflinks.com about anything: the product, an order, an invoice, a refund. The address held on the Stripe account is lipmichal@gmail.com; both reach the same person.

2. What you are buying

A downloadable developer tool. One zip file, delivered the moment payment clears, which you run on your own machine against your own platform accounts. It is not a service, not a subscription, and nothing is hosted for you.

One payment, in US dollars. Nothing recurs and there is no card left on file to cancel.

• One licence, $99. There is one product at one price. Nothing is held back for a more expensive version, because there is no more expensive version.
• No seat limit. The licence belongs to the buyer — you as a person, or the single company that bought it — and everyone inside that may run it, on as many of their own machines as they like.
• Your sites and your clients' sites. Run it for the sites you own and for sites you work on for clients, and use what it publishes commercially.
• Every channel and every gate, plus the full source.

Updates are included. There is no update window that closes, no renewal fee, and nothing is billed to you later. The version you have keeps working regardless, and new channels and fixes reach you at no further cost for as long as they are published.

3. Price and tax

Prices on the site are quoted in US dollars. The amount you are actually charged, including any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are, is the amount shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm. That page is authoritative, not this one — if the two ever disagree, the checkout total is what you owe and what you paid.

If you need a direct invoice rather than card checkout, or a VAT invoice for a business, email before paying and it can be arranged by hand.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and automatic. Stripe confirms the payment to the delivery API, that confirmation is what mints a download token, and you are sent to a page that exchanges the token for the file. If Stripe's confirmation is slow, the page says the order is pending rather than guessing that you paid.

• The current release is handsofflinks-v1.0.5.zip, 415,822 bytes, with its SHA-256 published next to the download so you can check the file before you run it.
• A download link works for up to 10 downloads. That is generous for one buyer on three machines and useless as a link to share. Hit the limit and the page tells you so.
• Order records are held for 90 days and then expire, so a link left in a drawer eventually stops working.
• If a link is exhausted, expired or was never delivered, email hello@handsofflinks.com and it will be reissued. Buying once entitles you to the file; a broken link is not a second sale.

5. Your licence

The full licence is LICENSE.txt inside the zip, and you can read it before you commit to anything by asking for a copy. In summary, you may:

• Install and run it for as many people as you need inside your own organisation. There is no seat count to keep to.
• Use it to build links to websites you own, and to your clients' websites as part of work you perform for them. What it publishes may be used commercially.
• Modify the code for your own use, including new publishers, registry edits and changed policy gates. Your modifications are yours.
• Keep private copies and backups, and let colleagues inside your own organisation run it.

You may not:

• Redistribute the package or any substantial part of it outside your organisation — selling it, giving it away, bundling it, publishing it to a public or shared repository, or including it in a course or membership site.
• Sell or give away a modified version.
• Operate it as a hosted service that third parties log into and use directly. Running it yourself to deliver work for a client is fine; letting the client run it is not.
• Hand your copy to a client so they can run it themselves. Point them at a licence of their own.
• Remove or alter the licence file or the attribution in the source headers.

On credentials, the licence file says:

This package never creates an account on any platform and never submits anything on your behalf that is marked as requiring human review. Every credential you configure is yours, stays on your machine, and is your responsibility. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of every platform you publish to.

6. What is promised, and what is not

What is guaranteed: the software runs, and channel integrations are repaired, with those repairs reaching you as included updates. That is the whole list.

Never rankings. Never traffic, never revenue, and never that any third-party platform will accept, keep, index or continue to render anything published through it. The licence file puts it this way:

The software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

Specifically and without limitation: no representation is made that use of this software will improve search rankings, increase traffic, or produce revenue. No representation is made that any third-party platform will accept, retain, index, or continue to render any content or link published through this software. Third-party platforms change their policies without notice and may remove content or suspend accounts at their sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author's total liability arising from this software is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. What is on you

• You run it. If you never run it, it never runs. There is no managed option.
• The accounts and tokens are yours. You create them, you hold them, you revoke them.
• Platform rules are yours to follow. Every channel it publishes to has its own terms, and those are between you and that platform.
• The safety gates are yours to raise. They ship conservative and the reasoning is documented. Raise them and, in the licence's words, "the consequences of publishing at a higher rate are yours".

8. Refunds

Thirty days, unconditional. Email inside 30 days of purchase and you are refunded in full, with no reason required. The detail, including how it sits against your statutory rights in the EU, is on the refund page.

9. Support

Support is one person answering email, and every buyer gets the same one. There is nothing sold on top of it and no faster queue to upgrade into. Everything starts at hello@handsofflinks.com.

10. Law and disputes

The seller is based in Poland, so Polish law applies to this contract. If you are buying as a consumer, that does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in: you keep them, and you keep any right your local law gives you to bring a claim in your own courts.

Before any of that, email. Almost everything that looks like a dispute is a broken download link or a refund, and both are fixed the same day they are read.

11. Changes to these terms

This page can change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was published when you paid, and the date below tells you which that was. Changes are not applied backwards to an order that is already complete.
